Roof Repair Smedway handles Roof Replacement projects across Summit Argo from full tear-off through final inspection, with a written scope you approve before anything is torn down.
A Roof Replacement project touches every layer of your roof system, from decking to final shingle course, and every layer matters for how long it lasts.
Every Roof Replacement includes a pre-project walkthrough so there are no surprises once tear-off actually begins.
Documentation provided before the first tear-off day, not after you ask.
Local Summit Argo crews mean project start dates aren't pushed out by weeks like out-of-area contractors.
No mid-project line items you didn't approve first.
We match material choice to Summit Argo's climate exposure, not just the lowest bid.
A complete Roof Replacement covers more than swapping shingles — here's what's actually included.
Old roofing is stripped down to the decking, with any rotted or damaged boards replaced before rebuilding.
Ice and water barrier gets installed at eaves and valleys per current code requirements.
We offer a range of shingle grades so Summit Argo homeowners can match budget to durability.
For Summit Argo homeowners considering a longer-lifespan option, we install standing seam and panel metal systems too.
Proper ridge and soffit balance keeps your new Summit Argo roof running cooler and drier.
All old shingles, underlayment, and debris are hauled away as part of the Roof Replacement scope, not left for you to deal with.
A Roof Replacement project involves more coordination than a repair call, so we keep communication clear at every stage.
A crew lead inspects your Summit Argo roof in person and measures the full scope of work.
Pricing tiers by material are explained clearly before you commit to anything.
Final walkthrough happens before we consider your Roof Replacement project complete.
